On Tuesday on her Instagram Stories, Kim, 43, ditched the filters and makeup and revealed a large red spot on her leg.

In the first video, the Skims co-founder said, “How crazy is my psoriasis right now guys? Like, all up my leg, I don’t know what’s happening. I have to figure this out.”

In the caption, The Kardashians star admitted that it was “painful” and she wasn’t sure what “triggered” the flare-up.

“I haven’t changed my diet. I’ve tried everything! Psoriasis sucks,” Kim said.

In a second clip, the makeup mogul went on to explain that her psoriasis typically showed up near her shin but has since moved up and down her leg.

“Just wanted to share my journey with you guys,” she wrote.

In the final video, she noticed that her red blotch was in the shape of a heart.

“Lucky me, I have a heart-shaped psoriasis for Valentine’s Day.”

This isn’t the first time Kim showed off her disease on social media.

‘PART OF MY LIFE’

Last September, Kim shared several photos of her skin when it was impacted by psoriasis on Skkn’s Instagram Stories.

The first photo the brand posted was a close-up of Kim’s face while covered in red splotches.

Her face was completely makeup-free and unedited in the photo.

It was captioned: “In honor of Skincare Awareness Month, we sat down with our founder for a Q&A about living with psoriasis.”

In the next pic, the Kardashian showed off her leg, which was also covered in psoriasis patches.

In the caption of the photo, the brand asked her, “Q: How did you discover you had psoriasis?”

She answered, “A: I had my first flare-up when I was 25. I came down with a cold, and since psoriasis is an auto-immune condition, that’s what triggered it.

“It’s been part of my life ever since.”

THE REAL KIM

In the next Story, the A-list celebrity could be seen applying a skincare product to her hand.

The brand asked her, “Q: How has psoriasis affected your lifestyle?”

She answered, “A: It definitely made me more conscious of how I treat my body.

“After my diagnosis, I made the switch to a plant-based diet, started managing my stress more effectively, and shifted my focus to nourishing skincare.”

Finally, the brand asked Kim how her perspective has changed since getting diagnosed with the skin condition.

She admitted that she’s “fully embraced” her condition, and she said she’s at peace with the flare-ups as long as she’s not in pain.

KIM’S STRUGGLE

In 2022, Kim opened up about her condition on her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s lifestyle site, Poosh.

She said: “Even though I always grew up with my mom having psoriasis and hearing her talk about her struggle, I really had no idea what my life would be like dealing with an autoimmune disease myself.

“It’s been 13 years since I experienced my first psoriasis flare-up. My journey has been very different from my mom’s, but I see so many similarities as well.”

The reality television star continued: “She had it in her scalp and all over her body, and I’d see it all the time and remember her going to the tanning salon to try and ease it.

“Getting UV rays directly on the spots really helped my mom. For me, however, that remedy would burn the areas and cause them to itch, so I always felt helpless.”

Kim explained that she is “the only child my mom passed down her autoimmune issue to.”
